The Model 3000 is a lightweight, robust instrument designed to analyse alpha, beta and gamma radiation using an external detector.
Advantages
- Automatic range change
- Splash resistant construction for outdoor use
- Fully digital calibration
- Light and robust
- Compatible with a multitude of probes and accessories
The Ludlum Model 3000, a state-of-the-art, lightweight instrument designed to work seamlessly with an external detector for precise alpha, beta, and gamma radiation surveys. Crafted with durability in mind, this instrument boasts a sturdy, high-impact plastic body and is engineered to withstand outdoor usage with its splash-resistant construction.
Featuring an easy-to-read LCD screen and intuitive five-button interface, the Ludlum Model 3000 makes radiation measurements a breeze. Swiftly toggle between three modes – RATE, MAX, and COUNT – simply by pressing the MODE button. Choose from multiple unit sets (cps, cpm, Bq, dpm, mR/hr, or µSv/h) for RATE and MAX modes, and conveniently switch between them using the UNITS button.
With the optional Lumic Data Logger Kit (see Options), effortlessly log data in any operational mode with the LOG button on the handle. This innovative feature allows you to store up to 1000 data points internally, ensuring you never miss essential information.
