Rapid Viscosity Analyzer (RVA) is a rotational viscometer using a variable temperature program and shear forces optimized to evaluate the functional properties of starch, grain, flour, many ingredients and food. The equipment requires a small sample taking a few grams to apply international methods or standards, or your specific test profiles in terms of mixing, measurement, cooling and heating.
