Thermal Cycler (PCR)
Thermal cycler (Also known as PCR machine) is an equippment which automates the ‘classical’ PCR reaction. A thermal cycler is made up with a thermal block (“”thermal Peltier block””) with ‘holes/wells”” where one can insert tubes containing the PCR reactive mix. HTDS represents the brand Applied Biosystems and its range of thermocyclers for Algeria and Tunisia :
We offer two types or PCR machine :
- Veriti : we have choice between six blocks of separate temperatures for greater flexibility and accuracy.
- Proflex thermal cycler which is easy to use and to set up in laboratory.
