Our solutions enable to feed your instruments with good quality CO2 free air providing a particle free dew point FT-IR purge > Microscopes purge > TOC analyers U2000 series for TOC analysers, FT-IR and microscopes purge : – Output 2 at 85 litres/min (other output on demand) – Air quality: HCs rate < 0.01 ppm, particles < 0.1 micron and CO2 = 20 ppm
