HPLC Arch
Waters
Accurate, reliable, and straightforward routine analyses for everyone.
The Arc HPLC system allows you to replicate and enhance the performance of your existing LC methods without compromising data quality, freeing you from the drawbacks of older, less efficient LC systems. Robust and reliable, this system offers excellent value for money, ensuring consistently successful analyses.
Advantages
- Improve performance without changing methods.
- Apply more robust methods than traditional HPLC systems.
- Easily duplicate and enhance existing HPLC methods, with low cross-sample contamination, high injection fidelity, and high backpressure tolerance.
- Seamlessly receive methods transferred from other HPLC platforms to maintain analyte retention times and reproducibility of your analysis.
- Ensure compliance with the Empower chromatography data system (CDS), the leading software for meeting regulatory requirements.
OPTIMAL FIDELITY FOR YOUR MOST DEMANDING TESTS
Meeting stringent analytical requirements can be challenging. The Arc HPLC system meets all system suitability requirements for the USP test of potassium losartan, including an injection fidelity of < 0.5%. Compared to competing high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems, the Arc HPLC system delivers better results in terms of USP efficiency, USP tailing factor, and injection fidelity.
EASY METHOD TRANSFER WITHOUT CHANGE
With the Arc HPLC system, easily transfer existing methods from the instrument, laboratory, or resources used to develop the original method. Obtain equivalent test results without compromising method integrity or altering validated gradient tables. If needed, use Gradient SmartStart to make adjustments for dead volume differences between the sending and receiving systems.
THE HPLC PERFORMANCE YOU EXPECT
The Arc HPLC system uses a quaternary gradient that delivers performance equivalent to most binary HPLC systems on the market. When comparing the performance of two systems during a complex high-flow-rate separation, the Arc HPLC system achieves similar retention time stability and better peak area repeatability than a competing binary system.
